This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in seizing the vehicles bearing registration Nos.AP-35-W2359, AP-31-TD-9996 and AP-31-TE-4785 belonging to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.

Both the counsel would submit that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.42146 of 2016 on 05.12.2016. Hence, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 05.12.2016, passed in W.P.No.42146 of 2016.
