HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P.No.353 of 2016 ORDER:
This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.27 of 2016 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District. 2.
Wife filed this petition and according to her affidavit, her marriage with respondent was solemnized on 28.04.1999 as per Hindu rites and customs and due to disputes, she is living separately from February, 2011. She stated that respondent necked out her from matrimonial home in February, 2011, having no other go, she is taking shelter in Nidubrolu at her parents house. She stated that respondent intentionally filed O.P. before Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, to obtain ex parte orders and it is difficult for her to travel from Nidubrolu to Addanki, which is at a distance of 150 K.Ms. She stated that respondent is a local person and got influence in the area and she apprehend danger to her life. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P. from Senior Civil Judge, Addanki to Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District, which is at a distance of 25 K.Ms from her place of residence. 3.
This Court permitted petitioner to take personal notice on respondent through registered post with acknowledgment due and in compliance of the said order, advocate for petitioner filed memo on 22.7.2016 stating that notice sent to respondent through registered post with acknowledgment due was served on him and filed postal acknowledgment along with memo. In spite of service
of notice, respondent neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering convenience of the wife, O.P.No.27 of 2016 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District, and transferred to Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District, for disposal in accordance with law.

Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is ordered. No costs. 6.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
