THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.6064 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.216 of 2016 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District (old O.S.No.2833 of 2006 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District). His grievance is with regard to the fact that the said suit is still being dragged on despite the lapse of nearly twelve years. As this Court does not propose to enter into the merits of the matter at this stage, there is no necessity to put the respondent-plaintiff on notice.

The suit of the year 2006 would necessarily have to be given priority in terms of the instructions issued by this Court on the administrative side.

The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to keep the said instructions in mind and deal with the renumbered O.S.No.216 of 2016 by giving it due priority.
