Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal against proceedings Ref.No.C/2310/2013, dated 28-01-2014 before the Joint Collector.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file appeal within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by enclosing the order of this Court. No order as to costs.
