This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A3, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.513 of 2017 on the file of the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram, where taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 IPC.

Though 2nd respondent served, failed to attend. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent/ State represented by the Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. Leave apart the material filed is insufficient for entire Case Diary is not before this Court even to express any opinion. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for discharge, if no grounds to frame charge.
