THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.975 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.484 of 2014 on the file of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 380 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner is the girl friend of A1. A1 along with the petitioner entered into the house of the deceased and brutally murdered the deceased and took away gold ornaments. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending.
