HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal Nos.488 and 490 of 2016 and Writ Petition Nos. 18359 and 17353 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. S. Satish Babu, learned counsel for respondent No.3-University. Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants does not press these appeals and submits that the writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms of the impugned order with direction to respondent No.3-University to furnish a copy of the inspection report and decision taken by the University thereon, with liberty to the appellants to file appeal against the said order in terms of Regulation 8 of the Affiliation Procedure and Regulations, 2016 (for short 'the Regulations'), as approved in XXVI E.C. Meeting held on 30.11.2015.

Mr. S. Satish Babu, learned counsel for respondent No.3-University has no objection for disposal of the writ petitions in terms of the interim order and granting liberty to the appellants-writ petitioners to file appeal, as aforementioned. He submits that the University shall furnish copy of the inspection report and the order, if any, passed on the basis thereof, on or before 27.6.2016. His statement is accepted. In view of the same, the writ appeals and the writ petitions are disposed with liberty as prayed.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
