THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.24490 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2015 and take action against the respondents 4 to 8.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the private complaint given by the petitioner and on reference of the same by the Magistrate concerned, though the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.53 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 IPC on 24.06.2015, so far, no steps have been taken and charge sheet has not been filed before the court concerned. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, either way in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 02.01.2017.
