HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.6156 of 2011 ORDER :

The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that in view of subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

He further submits that aggrieved by the action of respondents, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.21241 of 2011, which is pending for adjudication.

Accordingly, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all those contentions as available in law in the pending writ petition. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
