ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submit that the issue involved in this writ petition has been settled between the parties and the petitioner-Management has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.l,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh and twenty thousand only) to the 1st respondent-workman.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner-Management shall pay the amount of Rs.1,20,000/- to the 1st respondent-workman within one week from today by way of DD and hand over the same to the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
