In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.3 to 5 have not extended to him the benefit under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme vide G.O.Rt.No.231, dated 04.04.2018.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner had parted with the subject land and is not in possession of the same, as such, he was not extended the benefit under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme.
In the light of the above and as the petitioner was not communicated the reasons for not considering his application for extending the benefit under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme, the competent authority shall communicate to the petitioner the reasons for not considering his application, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when the same is communicated, the petitioner is at liberty to explore the possibility of redressal of his grievance, if any. Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
