This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No. 55 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bobbili, Vizianagaram district. order dated passed by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad in CC.No. 84 of 2011.
