When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, by considering the representation, dated 28.08.2018, respondents have passed an order on 08.10.2018. A copy of the same is placed on record.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the Writ Petition with a liberty to assail the said order.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to assail the order, dated 08.10.2018, if he is advised to do so, Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
