When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.11.2018, as none appeared, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner appear nor there any representation on his behalf. But, the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok-Adalath. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are required.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
