This revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 02-02-2012 in Crl.M.P.No.3261 of 2011 in M.C.No.6 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mailavaram, Krishna District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision with a liberty to file compromise memo before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mailavaram, Krishna District. Permission is accorded.
