HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.Nos.2793 and 2800 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The Crl.P.No.2793 of 2015 by the A.1 and Crl.P.No.2800 of 2015 by the A.2 of same Cr.No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 of I.P.C. on the report of the 1st respondent/defacto-complainant, are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') seeking to quash the proceedings in the above crime.

2. Pending disposal of both the criminal petitions, both the parties in both the cases supra present before the Court and they filed petitions in both the cases seeking the Court to permit them to compound the offences supra in view of the compromise of the dispute between them in respective cases with the intervention of the elders and further sought to record compromise. By virtue of the compromise between the parties in both the cases and as they want to purchase peace, the compromise is recorded in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, these two Criminal Petitions vide Crl.P.No.2793 and 2800 of 2015 are allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, against respective petitioners are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners in both the cases, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these Criminal Petitions shall stand closed.
