THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.21364 of 2014 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed inter alia stating that the first petitioner is appointed as regular fair price shop dealer for shop number 8 of Gopepalli Village, Nallamada Village, Anantapur District on permanent basis and that the petitioners 2 and 3 are appointed for their respective shop numbers 7 and 15 of Kondravaripalle village and Kurumala village respectively of the said Mandal and that though the petitioners 2 and 3 are appointed on temporary basis, their authorisations for the said fair price shops are continuing and that no appointments are made on regular/permanent basis for the said shops of petitioners 2 and 3 and that for the reasons which are not valid, the authorities concerned stopped supply of essential commodities to the petitioners' shops. 2.
At the time of admission of this writ petition on 30.07.2014, this Court passed the following interim order in WPMP No.26802 of 2014. "In view of the above, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to supply the stocks to the petitioners for distribution of the same to the card holders as long as their authorisastion is subsisting or till the vacancies are made on regular basis. However, this order will not preclude the competent authority from taking appropriate action in the event of the petitioners commit violation of the Control Order."

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pursuant to the afore-said interim order, the petitioners are continuing as dealers for their respective fair price shops and that if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said interim order, it would sub-serve the ends of justice.

There is no representation for respondents 1 to 3.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 30.07.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
