THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36688 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 20-09-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.304 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 427 and 506 IPC on the file of Station House Officer, Saidabad P.S./5th respondent.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
