Sri P.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, at the outset, submits that petitioner's mother-in-law Smt. Kompalli Lakshmi, Wife of Sri Venkatesh, was picked up on 12.09.2015 and produced before Mandal Executive Magistrate, Singarayakonda, where she has executed a bond under Section 109 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for her good behaviour and thereafter, she was released. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
