This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order dated.02.05.2013 in LA.No.72 of 2013 in O.P.No.1025 of 20 12 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy, whereunder the petition filed by the petitioner-wife for interim custody of the minor child viz., Geethika Sai, was allowed.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the revision-petitioner, reported that the main O.P itself was disposed of long back and nothing survives in this revision for adjudication 3.

Accordingly, recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs 4.
