Copies of the F.I.Rs. are also placed on record.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions and accordingly the Writ Petitions are closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
