On the other hand, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner has been examined as a witness in Cr.No.212/ 2018 and the allegations made in the complaint made by the petitioner herein will also be considered as statement under Section 161/ 162 Cr.P.C. In view of the said submission and by recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
