Let the Deputy Commissioner concerned shall consider the petitioner's objections, after giving notice of hearing, and pass a speaking order. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of communication of this order. Till such decision is taken, no coercive measures shall be taken.
