When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner on 20-07-2018, the police have registered the Crime No.59 of 2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 384, 504 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Shankarampet P.S./4th respondent.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
