HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7926 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.241 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellareddy, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 506 r/w 34 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 17.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Gandhari Police Station, Nizamabad District and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.241 of 2012 was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 13.12.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.241 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
