THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7905 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.102 of 2015 on the file of the Narayankhed Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120(B) IPC.

2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 06.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded.

3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
