HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1511 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision case is filed by the petitioner - complainant under Sections 397 & 401 of Criminal Procedure Code challenging the docket order, dated 13.04.2016, in CC No.272 of 2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Godavarikhani, wherein the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint of the petitioner for default. A perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that this revision is not maintainable against the judgment in the CC. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.

Registry is directed to return the original record to the petitioner under proper acknowledgement.
