This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.1 in Crime No.416 of 2018 of Muvvalavanipalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

Having argued elaborately and when the Court started dictating the order, learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1 intends to withdraw the Criminal Petition. There are specific and grave allegations against the petitioner-A.1. It is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitionerA.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 3.
