THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32483 OF 2014 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in not registering the crime on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.09.2014 against the respondents 4 to 7 as arbitrary and illegal and to direct the third respondent to register the crime against the respondents 4 to 7 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner and to investigate into the matter in accordance with law".
During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.09.2014, a case has been registered vide F.I.R.No.1051 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 448, 354, 504 and 506 I.P.C. on the file of the Rajendra Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad against the unofficial respondents herein and investigation has been taken up. In the light of the above, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
