The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the order, dated 04.3.2014, in Crl.M.P.No.981 of 2013 in M.C.No.250 of 2013 on the file of the Court of XIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, which is subsequently renumbered as M.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Armoor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
