The petitions are filed, under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are the accused, in Cr.No.81 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsaraopet Town Police Station, Narsaraopet, Guntur. The offences alleged are under Sections 4 and 6 of the Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and Section 45S of the RBI Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that by virtue of orders in WP.No.9672 of 2014, this Court has directed the police not to arrest the petitioners in this crime also.

In view of the above, it would suffice to record that there is already a protection of not to arrest given to the petitioners herein. Hence, no further orders would be required to be passed in these petitions.

The criminal petitions are disposed of.
