1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.47 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Bhongir, Nalgonda District. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

3 Permission is accorded.
