THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36713 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Deputy Commissioner-R.3 on 24.09.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner is not found in the office records and the petitioner if makes a fresh representation, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to make a fresh representation before the respondents 2 and 3. If such representation is made, the respondent authorities are directed to verify the representation and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
