THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7091 of 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 21.4.2017 passed in I.A. No.555 of 2016 in O.S. No.1065 of 2007 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court passed the final decree on 08.1.2018. In view of passing of final decree, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that dismissal of this revision does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
