Jagapathi, learned counsel for the appellant, would submit that, after the order of the learned Single Judge and during the pendency of this appeal, the Tahsildar passed an order on 4.12.2016; and, in the light of the said order, the cause in this appeal does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Appeal is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
