S ri Venkata Rangadas Kanuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 10-06-2016 in the Registry in that regard.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
