I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16476 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri at Kushaiguda, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) of the order dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.P.No.16476 of 2025 is replaced with 'I-Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Uppal at L.B.Nagar'.

Accordingly, this application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy.
