THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.4384 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that there is no Managing Committee constituted for the Wakf Institution, viz., "Madina Complex, Karimnagar", in spite of the recommendations of the 2nd respondent, dated 02.08.2014.

On instructions, learned counsel appearing for the Wakf Board, submits that, as a matter of fact, the 1st respondent is in the process of finalising the modalities for constituting the Managing Committee, in accordance with the provisions of the Wakf Act as well as G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 20.11.2010.

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary steps for the purpose of constituting the Managing Committee, in accordance with the relevant provisions, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
