THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23203 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to declare in refusal to receive the application from the petitioner to release of electricity connection in relation to the residential layout and thereby in effect of refusing to grant electricity connection to said layout as illegal, arbitrary and violative of fundamental rights.

2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3) One of the mandatory requirements, as per the counter filed by the respondent-Department, is DTCP approval shall be made besides lay out must be approved with necessary DTR.

4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application before competent authority for approval and if no consideration is made within one month, thereafter, subject to showing the compliance, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
