ORDER

Challenging the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not registering FIR against respondents 6 to 9, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioners.

A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the 5th respondent stating that Cr.No.01 of 2017 was registered against respondents 6 to 9 by the Station House Officer, Nandyal I Town Police Station, on 6.1.2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
