THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.17730 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking declaration of the action of 1st respondent in instructing its Appellate Committee not to take into consideration any additional facilities recruited/provided by the petitioner institution at the time of consideration of the appeal and confining the consideration only to the date of inspection and the material considered in the inspection as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the regulations of the University and direct the 1st respondent and its Appellate Committee to consider appeal of the 2nd petitioner institution by taking into account all material including any additional recruitment/provisions made to the facilities by the 2nd petitioner institution that is available on the date of consideration of the appeal and consequently grant affiliation to the 2nd petitioner institution.

In view of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14743 of 2015, dated 12.06.2015, the last date for disposal of the case of the Appellate Committee expired by 20.06.2015 and hence nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
