HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.18326 of 2015 ORDER :
In this writ petition, petitioners originally prayed against the action of the 5th respondent in trying to demolish the structures in survey numbers mentioned in the prayer.

In the counter affidavit filed by the 5th respondent, it is categorically stated that no such house number mentioned in the writ petition belongs to the petitioners and the numbers mentioned in the writ petition do not exist in the place where the 5th respondent
proposed to take action.
3. Even though specific objection is raised by the 5th respondent in its counter, no steps are taken by the petitioners to rectify such mistakes, if any, with regard to house numbers.
4. Therefore, the petitioners cannot seek a relief with reference to the properties which do not belong to them and on that ground alone the writ petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
