THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3212 OF 2012 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The prayer sought in the writ petition reads as under: "...............Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in registering the crime in FIR No.122/2011 basing on the private complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent without proper investigation as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently quash the same and to pass such other order......"

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court, by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.122/2011, investigation is completed and Charge Sheet is filed. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
