HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.36915 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents in including the property of the Petitioner bearing Plot No.45, 46 & 48 in Sy.No.274/1 at Quthbullapur village in Bhagya Lakshmi Cooperative Housing Society in the prohibited list under Section 22 A of the Registration Act, as bad illegal, arbitrary, unlawful and opposed to principles of natural justice and to direct the Respondents, to delete the same from the prohibited list of properties under Section 22 A of Registration Act and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the time, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that questioning the inclusion of the subject property in the prohibited list, petitioner has made a representation to the District Collector on 29.08.2018, as contemplated by the judgment of this Court.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector to deal with the representation, dated 29.08.2018, of the petitioner seeking deletion of the subject property from the prohibited list and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) to six

(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________________ JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR October 11, 2018.
