HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.14486 OF 2015 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.04.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7785 of 2019. In view of the said submission, following the order dated 15.04.2019 in Writ Petition No.7785 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to restore power supply subject to petitioner depositing 50% of the amount assessed in the impugned letter dated 30.01.2015 and paying reconnection charges. If the petitioner complies with the directions of this Court and power supply is restored, the respondents shall not demand the balance amount till the issue is decided under Section 154 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Reconnection and continuous supply of electricity depend on compliance of all other requirements. No order as to costs.
