There was no representation for petitioner on 14.06.2016 as well as today. The writ petition is dismissed for default against respondents 3 and 5 to 11 by order dated 12.03.2014. This Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is dismissed for default. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
