HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1541 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing learned counsel for petitioners at the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that charge sheet is filed, CC is registered and the matter is coming up for trial, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the fact that the petitioenrs/A2 & A3 are aged persons, their appearance in C.C.No. 170 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Eluru, West Godavari District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
