HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.6545 OF 2016 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal petition having noticed that the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented even Sessions Case No.133 of 2017 was assigned by the Sessions Division, Hyderabad and now S.C. No.133 of 2017 is pending on the file of II-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Therefore, permission is accorded, and, accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
