HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8049 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous, as the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed in the crime. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
