This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking verbatim the following relief: "... to issue order direction more particularly in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declare the action of the respondent particularly 3rd respondent in not considering the application filed by the petitioner dated 24.05.2018 for conducting the survey and demarket the petitioner's land covered in RS.No.78 Up of Yatalakunta Village, Sattupalli Mandal, Khammam District as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of survey and boundaries Act and consequentially direct the respondents to conduct the survey by considering his application dated 24.05.2018 as per the document fixed the boundaries of the petitioner's land covered in RS No. 78 Up of Yatalakunta Village, Sattupalli Mandal, Khammam District and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The main grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the 3rd respondent is not considering the online application, dated 24.05.2018, submitted by him seeking to conduct survey and demarcate his land in R.S.No.78 UP of Yatalakunta Village, Sattupalli Mandal, Khammam District.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the online application, dated 24.05.2018, submitted by the petitioner, in terms of the Circulars issued by the Government from time to time and also as per the provisions of law, after hearing the petitioner and all the concerned,

as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) to four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
